Each ticket includes:

• A custom cookie printed with your picture
• A pizza slice cookie to decorate with all your favorite "toppings"

Pricing:

• $10 per person when you register in advance
• $15 per person at the door

• All ages welcome — bring the kids, bring the grandparents, bring the whole crew
• Gluten-free options available (just let us know when you register)
• Only the folks decorating cookies need a ticket — family and friends are welcome to tag along, snap photos, and say hello

Jossie Lukacik is a formally trained pastry chef and co-owner of Redbird and Raven with her husband Tim. She trained at École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in France, spent years leading pastry programs at Charlotte restaurants, and founded Sweet Spot Studio, where she taught baking and decorating classes for over seven years. In 2024, she won Food Network's Christmas Cookie Challenge. She recently relocated to Juneau with her husband Tim, and their 3 senior dogs.
